Simplyhealth re-focused its strategic direction, moving away from a sole focus on healthcare towards a diversified business designed to meet its customers' 'Everyday Health' needs. As part of that re-focus, Skyron built a portal to help senior managers track and align their strategic goals.
Built on the .NET platform, the portal links objectives across the management team and throughout the senior management functions. It creates goal alignment through the linking of strategic intent and task. The portal allows for sharing and tracking of the objectives.
