[Client named withheld] came to us to develop an employee engagement reporting platform. They wanted to conduct Employee Engagement Surveys and other Employee Surveys on behalf of their clients. The system was required to consolidate all of the results to enable benchmarking of the data and if necessary, further data enhancement before delivering it to an interactive reporting dashboard.
A custom .NET application with integration points to enable survey consolidation, results management, client management and complex reporting. Custom built reporting engine to allow dynamic data interrogation in the dashboard.
