Understanding Bloomsbury’s audience and technical requirements were the two key factors to success. First, we conducted customer research to determine relevant functionality and utility: browsing habits, purchase behaviour, the role of social media and response to online marketing. Then, we determined approaches for: platform migration strategy, CRM and billing system integration, product database integration and online account management.

Skyron is effectively Bloomsbury’s eCommerce presence, constantly defining, refining and optimising the eCommerce strategy, the integration approach, the eCommerce solution and the payment and CRM integration.
